Riverside Loop - Equestrian, Walking, Jogging & Bicycling 

This trail loop is still partially under construction. Trail is open for use.
Trail Surface:  Asphault paved trail segment around 1/3-1/2 of the park connecting with woodchip trail segments.
Trail Terrain:  The trail terrain is flat with some areas of mild grade elevation.Trail alternates along Animas River in some section, along Elidge Ditch and around the Riverside Fishing Pond. Includes wooded wildland sections and open grassy park settings.
Other Accessable Amenities: Fishing Pond, BMX track, Softball field, Roping Arena, striped Soccer fields in season, 1 covered picnic area, childrens playground, open grass areas, mature shade trees, parking.
Where does it go:  Loop will connect to the Pedestrian Bridge currently under construction joining Riverside Park and Hartman Park/Sports Complex across the Animas River on the Southeast side of the park. The will also connect with the proposed '29 Bridge Access in the future.
